Use your credits whenever you’re ready
Earned credits wait in your account for eligible work at your registered property. A few simple rules keep the program fair for everyone.

They never expire
Earned credits don’t expire and remain available for eligible use at your registered property.

They add up
Credits from multiple qualifying referrals accumulate in one account. Using that balance on a job counts as one referral-credit discount.

One discount per job
Referral credits can’t be combined with sale pricing, promotional offers, coupons, gift-card promotional discounts, membership discounts, or other discounts.

Never more than the job
Credits can’t exceed the eligible job total. Any unused balance stays in your account, and no cash refund or change is provided.

Referral Rewards terms
The short version
New customer referrals. Rewards issued after qualifying purchase is completed and paid. Homeowners only. Credits are nontransferable and valid only at the address on file. No cash value. No expiration. Cannot combine with sale pricing or other discounts. One reward per qualifying job. Comfort Club terms apply.
01Homeowners and registered properties
Reward account holders must own the home at the address registered on their account. Credits may be redeemed only for eligible work performed by More Heat More Cool at that address.
02Personal and nontransferable
Credits cannot be given, sold, transferred, shared, or redeemed by another person. Credits cannot be used at another property, even if owned by the same account holder. Credits do not transfer to a new owner when the property is sold.
03No expiration
Earned credits do not expire and remain available for eligible use at the registered property under these terms.
04One discount per job
Referral credits cannot be combined with sale pricing, promotional offers, coupons, gift-card promotional discounts, membership discounts, or other discounts. Only one discount or promotional benefit may apply to a job.
05Already-discounted jobs are excluded
If a job normally costs $10,000 and a promotion reduces it by $2,000, the sale price is $8,000. Referral credits and additional discounts cannot reduce that $8,000 sale price further. Customers may choose the available sale offer or redeem eligible account credits against regular pricing.
06Accumulating and redeeming credits
Credits from multiple qualifying referrals may accumulate in one account. A redemption from that accumulated balance counts as one referral-credit discount. Credits cannot exceed the eligible job total; any unused balance remains in the account. No cash refund or change is provided.
07Qualifying referrals
The referred customer must be new to More Heat More Cool and identify the referrer before purchasing. Self-referrals and referrals within the same household do not qualify. Only one referrer may receive a reward for a qualifying purchase.
08One reward per qualifying job
When a job includes multiple reward categories, the highest applicable referral reward applies. A complete heating and cooling system earns $4,000 total; the heating-system reward is not added separately. A service-call reward is not added to an equipment-purchase reward on the same job.
09Reward issuance
Rewards are earned after the qualifying work is completed and payment is collected in full. Canceled, refunded, or unpaid purchases do not qualify. Rewards issued in error or associated with a refunded purchase may be reversed.
10Company credits, not cash
Referral credits are promotional account benefits. They are not cash deposits, bank accounts, purchased gift cards, or redeemable for cash. Credits cannot be applied retroactively to completed or previously paid jobs.
11Comfort Club BOGO
Comfort Club rewards follow separately stated membership terms defining the qualifying plan, membership period, and free benefit. No cash alternative is available.
12Program changes
More Heat More Cool may change or discontinue rewards for future referrals. Previously earned credits will remain available under the terms in effect when earned.
