- Runs all day, house never coolsA dirty condenser coil, weak airflow, or a system that has lost capacity with age. We measure the temperature drop across the coil to tell which one it is.

How We Price a Repair
You pay a flat diagnostic fee for the visit, and we tell you the amount when you book. The technician finds the fault, then hands you the full repair price in writing. Nothing starts until you approve it. Nights, weekends and holidays carry no overtime charge, and Comfort Club members have the diagnostic fee waived and receive 5% to 15% off the repair.

Minor repairs are usually finished in one visit from parts on the truck. Moderate repairs are parts plus labor, and a leak repair always includes finding the leak, not only topping off the charge. Repair It or Replace It?
Our rule of thumb: if the system is under 10 to 12 years old and the repair costs less than half of a comparable new system, repair it. If it runs on R-22, is past 15 years, or has needed two repairs in two summers, we show you the replacement numbers side by side and let you decide. The refrigerant in your system is often the deciding factor.
