Two professional maintenance visits every year, on us
We would like every qualified educator in the Educator Club, and as a courtesy the first year is on us — a $249 Comfort Club membership, covered. It is built around the two visits that keep an Ohio home comfortable through both extremes.
Air Conditioning Tune-Up
Scheduled before the first heat wave, so your system is checked, cleaned, and running efficiently when Ohio's humidity arrives.

Who qualifies for the Educator Club
We've kept the rules simple and the paperwork light. If you work in a school and you own the home you live in, you're in.

- The home is a single-family residence in our service area

Active teachers and school employees qualify. That includes classroom teachers, aides, administrators, coaches, counselors, bus drivers, custodial staff, food service staff, and other school support personnel. You must own and live in the home being serviced, and the home must be a single-family residence in our Southwest Ohio service area.
The Educator Club membership includes two professional maintenance visits each year — a spring air conditioning tune-up and a fall heating safety inspection — plus priority service, preferred scheduling, member discounts on repairs and services, no trip charge, and all Basic Comfort Club benefits. It carries a standard membership value of $249 per year.
Nothing. As a courtesy to educators, More Heat More Cool covers the full first year. There is no enrollment fee, no membership charge for that year, no obligation to renew, and you are never required to approve any repair we recommend during a maintenance visit.
Educators continue at 50% off standard Comfort Club pricing for as long as they remain an active educator or school employee. That applies to whichever plan you choose — Educator Club, Plus+, or Premium — so Educator Club is about $10 per month instead of $20, Plus+ is about $15 instead of $30, and Premium is about $25 instead of $50.
No. The membership applies only to the single-family home you own and personally occupy. Rental properties, investment properties, and commercial buildings are not eligible.
Students, parents, fellow teachers, and administrators can all submit a nomination. One outstanding educator is selected each month from participating schools.
The scholarship is intended for a graduating high school senior pursuing a career in the skilled trades, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, welding, construction, industrial maintenance, and other approved trades. Applicants must meet the program requirements established each school year. Contact us for the current year's application details.
