Food, fuel, utilities and everyday bills keep climbing. A homeowner should not have to choose between paying another bill and finding out whether the heating system their family depends on is operating safely.
Our commitment to the community
Every heating season, families face a risk they cannot see or smell: carbon monoxide (CO). Faulty heating equipment, blocked venting and incomplete combustion can create dangerous conditions.
We will check the heating system of a Monroe homeowner who needs our help—whether they can pay the $49 or not.
This program begins in Monroe, where our home office is located. Our hope is to grow it into more neighborhoods as community support and capacity allow.

Inspection scope varies by equipment type and accessibility. Repairs, replacement parts, extensive cleaning and code corrections are not included in the $49 inspection. Any recommended work will be explained and approved before it begins.
